Whilst this speaker is similar in size to the older AktiMate Maxi, the features are very different. The system is based around the latest Bluetooth technology - hence the choice of name for this model. This is just one of a number of possible alternatives when it comes to your choice of listening to music. The array of the back panel inputs and outputs attests to its hi-fi excellence offering a wide variety of options.

Physically this speaker is the same size as the former AktiMate Maxi

The similarities to that speaker apart from size, are that it continues to have an amplifier in the active of the two speakers with a power output of 60W into its own 4 Ohm speaker load.

It continues to have a 165 mm mid/bass speaker with an offset 25 mm tweeter, although we are moving away from the metal dome to a soft dome, as used in the newer AktiMate Mini+ and Micro speakers.

It is available in a choice of black, red or white high gloss.

The remote is perhaps the most user friendly we have ever seen!
